This
stunning 19th century gentleman’s type multi-bladed knife has a total of 20
blades for various uses opening in both ends plus a pull out toothpick and
tweezers set in the handles.
Please look
carefully at the picture as some of the tools are quite unusual and not often
included in such type of knives. It is provided with special purpose blades/
tools in different shapes and sizes, including cigar and leather punches,
scissors, saw, corkscrew, needle, hook, comb, file and many others, set in
carefully selected highly figured tortoise shell grips. Additionally it has a
toothpick and a pair of tweezers set into the handles.
All blades
are made of carbon steel. Slabs are wonderfully preserve tortoise shell
fastened with four rivets.

have been opened and tested and they are all in full profile with a firm snap. Some overall
pit marks to the steel parts commiserate with age and type , Aside a tiny chip on the upper front scale the delicate slabs remain in otherwise perfect conditions

the normal 85 mm long ones and this indicates a greater difficulty during the
realization.
