Rare and interesting quill / pen folding knife dating to the early 19th century (C1830) featuring peculiar flattened scalloped open worked handles.
Scales are alternated nickel silver and ivory slabs over brass liners. Four pen blades of different shapes all with firm snap, still pointy and sharp.
The knife remains in good condition mainly considering age. Delicate and natural slabs showing two hairline cracks on one of the rear side, teel parts with some normal pitting.
7 cm long folded.
