1970s Pius Lang Lock-back 2 Blade Stag Pocket Sports Knife
The Pius Lang Cutlery Company was founded in 1852 and is considered one of the greatest and longest operating knife companies in the world. Their knives were first presented at the Paris World Exposition in 1889, with most famous 100 blades.
In 1970s limited series of deer stag handled hunting pocket folding knives were realised.
This is a very nice lock back two blade version of the stag sports knife featuring mirror polish clip point locking master blade and saw .
The main blade is tang stamped *Rostfrei handarbeit* (stainless hand made) with the Pius Lang logo between the letters T and F. It features a pump on the back to release the blade from the locked open position
Very nice deer stag slabs over brass liners fastened by brass pins.
12 cm long folded, master blade 10 cm long.
This wonderful piece comes directly from the Lang cutlery being part of an old stock never released in market. Pristine mint condition
