An early 19th cent. 6 blade tortoise shell lobster pattern multiblade knife. (6) six blades including quill blades, each of a little different construction, with extended ricasso, indicative of early construction. Each blade appears to be full or about full, with some light grey patina. Pretty scalloped tortoise shell scales, over matching scalloped liners, with nickelsilver pins and bolsters. The scales have hair crack lines by the pins but nothing obtrusive and no chips, everything works as it should. Unstamped, 9,3 cm folded.
