Diamonds
are always in bloom in this beautiful vintage mid 20th century ring,
hand-crafted in 18K white and yellow gold. circa 1950s.
The
diamond-set petals of the beautifully and substantially sculpted
multidimensional flower glitter all around. Each petal is made of a double row
of twisted 18 ct
yellow gold with enclosed an 18ct white gold lozenge set with
a round brilliant cut diamond. There are a total of 24 petals each set with a
diamond plus a central round brilliant cut diamond for a total of approximately
0.30 ct .
The ring is
accompanied by a Society Of gemmological Research Diamond Grading stating: VVS
clarity and G color.
VVS1 &
VVS2 means Very Very Small inclusions. The diamond is nearly perfect with
almost no visible flaws. Even with a 10x loupe, it’s almost impossible to spot
the imperfections. G colour means *Fine White* (Top Wesselton).
Total
weight of the ring is 20,57 grams. The same twisted design that characterize
the petals enhanced the shanks of the ring.
