This is a very nice, vintage mid-century period ring crafted in solid 18k yellow and white gold and features a long oval shaped Navette design, drenched with high quality diamonds throughout. The diamonds are round brilliant cut stones that total 1.45 carats in weight. The diamonds are individually prong set throughout the solid top that is further decorated with crisscross or braided design. The ring is inner stamped with the carat weight *145* and the color and clarity of the diamonds *GVS*. G colour means *Fine White* (Top Wesselton). VS clarity means very Small inclusions that cannot be seen without 10x magnification. Also hallmarked with the goldsmith lozenge and the French guarantee mark of the Eagles head. 3,5 cm long by 1 cm wide, currently ring size 15 (Italian) = 55 (French) = 7 1/2 (USA). Hallmarked with the French 18K gold hmk *Tete D Aigle*.
