# 4678 / Antique and tiny Salitano Sicilian Knife with Razor Style Blade

Originally from Sicily this knife is known as *salitano* and features a peculiar blade similar to a razor blade . It’s an ancient model with a simple two pins spring mechanism and horn handle. The handle has been realized from a whole piece of horn that has been finally chased, the end covered with a brass foil fastened by two tiny pins. The razor style blades were much appreciated for their cutting ability. Blade is still razor sharp and locks properly when opened. Normal age and use wear, no serious damage to note
