These rare vintage Cahumet lever-back earrings are crafted in 18k yellow gold and accented with brilliant-cut round diamonds and lapis lazuli hoops. Both earrings feature a double Twisted design. Each earrings set with four brilliant cut white . Gross weight 39 grams total. stamped Chaumet Paris and hallmarked with the French control mark for 18K gold representing an eagle's head that was in use in France from about 1838. plus maker's mark. The lapis loop is 37 mm large. Total length: 60 mm. The House of Chaumet, founded in 1780 by Marie-Etienne Nitot, is a high-end jeweller based in Paris. Fourteen artisans ply their trade in the workshop on Place Vendome under the direction of foreman Pascal Bourdariat. As of 2012, it was owned by LVMH. PRICE UPON REQUEST
