Zynsky and Chihuly later founded the Pilchuck Glass School together. She has received two National Endowment for the Arts grants and the Pell Award for Excellence in the Arts. The artist lives and works in Providence, RI. The Museo VENINI S.r.l. was established to deal with the cultural part of the brand Venini,. The Museo VENINI was founded in 2009, when Giancarlo Chimento, VENINI’s President and CEO, decided to pay homage to the astonishing archive of drawings, images, prototypes and works that was found in the company’s headquarter in Murano . The Museo Venini works with some of the most important cultural institutions from all over the world, both public and private. Its archive contains more than 45,000 drawings by worldwide renowned artists, such as Carlo Scarpa, Gio Ponti, Napoleone Martinuzzi, Tapio Wirkkala, Fulvio Bianconi and Tadao Ando; 10,000 photographs of architectonic installations, past exhibitions and people who have worked with Venini; and 5,000 works including prototypes which have never been launched on the market.
