Refunds and Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and we have a return policy and subjected to the Law (D.Lgs. 22/05/1999 n.185) which regulates the matter of remote contracts, i.e. contract performed out of commercial shops. This rule sanction the right of recession, i.e. gives to the consumer the possibility to return the article purchased and to obtain the reimboursement of the purchase cost.

This right is reserved to natural person (consumers), therefore cannot be exercised by legal and natural persons which are acting for purpose concerning activity they are carrying on

The consumer has the right to return items, without penalty and clarifying the reason, within max 7 business days from receipt date

if you are not pleased with your purchase, simply contact us by email within 7 days of delivery of your item, to arrange for its return and a refund of the purchase price. We will acknowledge your return request within 3 days and you will ship the item back within 3 days of the acknowledgement

  • the item must be returned via registered air-mail letter/ parcel post unless otherwise arranged and must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you with the shop tags and identifying marks intact
  • we recomend you use delivery tracking and get a delivery receipt
  • the buyer pays for return shipping and insurance, unless agreed otherwise between the buyer and

 After we verify the returned item is as originally sent we will refund the purchase price
