We believe in customer service and will work to insure that your order is handled promptly and with great care. So that we can serve you better, please be sure to include the item name or number with your questions and shipping quote requests.

We strive to offer quality items with accurate descriptions. The items we offer are of fine quality and we strive to cover condition in detail through both our description and photos. We alert you to any noticeable marks, dents, nicks and scratches, but it should be remembered that these are antiques, handmade and show marks of time and imperfection.

We happily combine shipping on orders so long as the pieces may be safely packed together
 
Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy
 
We respond to all orders promptly within 24 hours (normally far less). Rarely, both of us travel together, and that may necessitate a slightly longer response time
 
Orders within Italy will be handled on a case by case basis and must be paid for through PayPal or bank wire transfer. With also accept Credit Cards (Mastercard and VISA). In an effort to reduce postage costs we ship via registered airmail letter post or regular parcel post unless otherwise stated. If requested we can provide all shipping services offered by Poste Italiane. Buyer may obtain a quote of shipping costs by emailing his preferences and his shipping address to us
 
UE Orders  will be handled on a case by case basis and must be paid for through PayPal or bank wire transfer. With also accept Credit Cards (Mastercard and VISA). In an effort to reduce postage costs we ship via registered airmail letter post or regular parcel post unless otherwise stated. Insurance is not available to us with this method. If requested we can provide all shipping services offered by Poste Italiane. Buyer may obtain a quote of shipping costs by emailing his preferences and his shipping address to us
 
Overseas orders will be handled on a case by case basis and must be paid for through PayPal or bank wire transfer. We also accept Credit Cards (Mastercard and VISA). We ship worldwide. In an effort to reduce postage costs items are shipped via registered airmail letter/parcel post. Insurance is not available to us with this method. If requested we can provide express delivery at Currier price. Buyer may obtain a quote of shipping costs by emailing his preferences and his shipping address to us
 
Orders will be processed within 1 to 5 business days and shipped upon receipt of cleared payment
 
We ship twice a week, on Tuesday and Friday. Orders at Holiday Time or Special occasions will be processed ASAP upon request 
 
Please note, payment is required within 7 days of your purchase. After 7 days, unless other arrangements have been made, the item will be relisted and your order considered null
 
LAYAWAY
we do accept lay–a-way payments
 
Lay-A-Way requirements: 50% down with initial order (which includes shipping), second payment of 25% within 30 days of order, last payment in another 30 days or within 40 days of purchase.
Payments are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

No restocking fee, but we do not refund shipping costs and non-recoverable fees paid through Paypal, for instance
