Top quality folding knife of the type known as sportsman knife made in Campobasso, Italy, by Bartolomeo Terzano by the last quarter of the 19th century. Five blades/tools: a main sheep foot style blade, a coping blade suitable when a very keen edge is required, a saw, an ink eraser, a corkscrew and a strong pair of scissors with a catch safety system. Boster marked *BT* which are the initials of Bartolomeo Terzano a very well known and appreciated cutler of the Campobasso region. He was one of Italy s leading cutlers from the mid 19th century until the first world war . The knife has plain polished bone scales. The knife remains in excellent condition, all blades are in full profile and open and close properly with firm snap. No damage to note to the iscales. This folder measures 9 cm long when folded and 16 cm when main blade is out. The knife comes with its original chamoise pouch. PRICE UPON REQUEST
